Here at The Sea-Cote we love to see people come and go as they enjoy their time in Blackpool exploring all that it has to offer. 
As all places would, we do have some house rules that we have in place to ensure that everyone staying with us has the best time possible, enjoying their holiday in the way that they want to. 

-Please note- Parking is available on the front of the apartments, however, if there is no room, then parking is available for free on Cavendish Road beside the apartments.

Our house rules are the following:
 

1. Please be courteous and kind to everyone staying at Sea-Cote, loud noise is to be kept at a minimum past 7pm. 

​

 2.  No smoking in any of the apartments, please do go outside to the front of the apartments if you do smoke. 

​

3.  Only small dogs may be allowed, however, this is on a case by case basis to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the apartments, so please do enquire about this if needed.
